What is the best way to wash my crystal design? TOP
Turn your garment inside out and wash on gentle cycle in cold water.  For best results hang or lay flat to dry.  It is not a good idea to dry clean your garment.

How much do you charge for shipping? TOP
We pride ourselves on our competitive shipping costs!!  We ship via U.S. Postal Service and our flat rate shipping is $5.00.  If your order totals $75 or more, it will ship for free!!  Of course, there is always a catch - this is for Continental U.S. shipping addresses only.

Can I return a personalized item if I don't like it? TOP
Unfortunately personalized items are not returnable since they are custom made.  Before the garment is actually created for you, we will send a confirmation e-mail for you to verify your order.  At this point, you may still cancel your order.

What happens if a crystal falls off of my shirt? TOP
While this is very unlikely to happen, as the crystals we use are AAA-Korean crystals with a great adhesive that should last the life of your garment, we do send a few extra crystals with your order.  Place the replacement crystal where it needs to go on your garment and carefully place the corner of a warm iron over the crystal.  You need to be very careful not to touch any other crystals, as you might loosen the adhesive on those and move them around.  Within the first 6 months of receiving your item, you can also ship it back to us and we will replace the crystals for you, free of charge - as long as it has been properly taken care of. 

How long will it take to receive my garment? TOP
Normal items ship within 2-3 days.  However, if you place a large order (i.e. team order) or custom design (i.e. team or business logo), it might take longer to process - please contact customer service if you have a special request or need an exact processing time.

I want my company logo on a shirt. Can you do that? TOP
Absolutely, this business was actually founded on custom logo designs.  We can recreate almost any design and if you'd like them on a specific shirt that we don't carry, we can definitely special order those for you as well.  Please send us an e-mail at customerservice@blingybizness.com with your specific request (number of shirts, type of shirts, where you want the design placed, etc) and a good quality jpeg of your logo.  We will get back with you a quote.

I have a great idea, but you don't sell it... Can you create it in crystals for me? TOP
